16": the screen is larger, not significantly, but still. If I use a laptop screen as a primary screen, that is a benefit. performance will be slightly better because of the better cooling (not that much important for me, as the difference is very small) better battery life, which was a huge bummer for me switching from M1 MBP 13" to M1 Max 14
