The RHS edge of the driver's seat in my C4 Grand Picasso has broken up under the car seat cover. Dealer says its not covered under warranty as Citroen say the fault is caused by the way the driver gets in and out of the car! They have offered to replace whole seat for a £50 contribution from us (they had another one in with same problem last
I have done 32k in the two years of ownership. Citroen UK are refusing to replace the crumbling seat stating that it is fair wear and tear considering the car has done almost 70k, despite the car only being 4 years old. Versatile five-seat cabin with a 500-litre boot, plenty of clever touches inside, easy to fold rear seats, comfortable ride, decent value for money. 5-seater looks are ungainly. Seven-seat Grand C4 Picasso makes more sense, EGS gearbox is poor, doesn't as drive as well as alternatives like the Ford C-MAX. Serious problems developing with EGS
