Just from this subreddit alone, it seems iPhone users really really care about battery health. Can’t say I’ve noticed Android users doing the same. My theory is because iOS has a battery health screen visible where Android doesn’t have a way to view this without 3rd party apps. People need to use their phone and not worry about it. Replace the battery when the battery life bothers you enough to convince you it’s necessary to spend the money on a new battery. An 80 percent battery health level should still be enough to get you through the day for most users. However, at 40 or 50 percent of battery health, things start degrading really rapidly.
